As branch manager I am responsible for employee development, customer service, growth, revenue generation , and cost control. I was first branch manager for the location in Chickasha and then was later promoted to the location in Edmond.

During my time as an Assistant Manager I first worked at the Midwest City location and then was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Edmond location. Both of these locations are two of the fastest growing and largest locations in Oklahoma. As Assistant Manager I was responsible for the training and development of the team, driving revenue, cost control, and customer service.

As a management assistant I began learning the operational and cost control side of the business.

As a management trainee I developed and drove my personal sales. I worked at four different locations providing me the opportunity of learning from four different managers.

The intern program is where I was trained in retail sales, network development, and customer service. During this Summer program I also had the opportunity to organize a golf tournament where all proceeds went to Peppers Ranch Boys Home.
