Provides supervision of and care for juveniles who have been accused or convicted of one or more crimes. Ensures the security and safety of juveniles residing in the Juvenile Detention Center. Oversees the intake and release of juveniles, conducts searches, and handles physical interventions, when necessary. Schedule activities and equipment with managers using information about daily customers to help coordinate cooking times and amounts.
