Viewed, analyzed, and validated local logistical operating procedures along with contractor-required deliverables. Viewed, analyzed, and validated operating procedures of adjacent departments that were affected by local logistical operating procedures. Drafted and presented solutions to identified problem areas to each of the affected departments. Subsequent reports included critical changes to current operating procedures, and potential monetary savings if implemented.

Served as Platoon Sergeant in charge of scheduling and maintaining a training schedule for weekly training. Training Marines both in garrison and in the field on all matters concerning Air Support, including the processing of immediate air support requests, integrating organic and joint service aircraft with supporting arms, and managing terminal control assets. Ensured the efficient and responsible allocation and sourcing of air assets in support of III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) exercises and Command Element personnel movement. Received, processed, and submitted Assault Support Requests (ASRs), Joint Tactical Air Strike Requests (JTARs), Operational Support Airlifts (OSA), and Naval Air Logistics Office (NALO) requests on behalf of III MEF Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs). Tracked all aviation assets within 1st MAW (Marine Air Wing) and 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) to provide situational awareness and relevant tasking recommendations. Monitored the execution of the monthly rotary-wing (RW) and fixed-wing (FW) aircraft Air Tasking Orders (ATOs) to ensure successful mission completion.
