Served as the Project Manager for small high-volume projects across the nation. Projects range from lighting retrofits to the remodeling of fitting rooms. I generate and utilize daily reports within our CMMS program to track the progress and workmanship of our field team and outside vendors. Originally started as a contract position through Colvin Resources to work with the Facility Maintenance team to complete the tagging of over 21,000 pieces of commercial HVAC equipment and to assist the Vertical team with the data collection of over 1,600 elevators and escalators. CBRE recognized my talents and converted me to a full-time employee to coordinate and administer the preventive maintenance for commercial HVAC equipment for 1100+ sites across the country. Also, responsible for auditing work order history to forecast budget and to analyze major spend for possible cost-saving initiatives.
