I'm responsible for the technical planning and implementation of all of our North American installations, upgrades, and professional service projects. I do a lot of remote and onsite installations and I also do a lot of the North American administration training. I work closely with our Sales Consultants, clients, and support team to help with all technical matters on all of my projects. I go over the project plan with the sales team, and then work directly with the client project managers and engineers to install and configure their archive systems to work with their new or existing storage infrastructure. It's a fun job, and I get to meet lots of cool people :)

Onsite and remote installations, upgrades, migrations and hardware refreshes. Deliver internal and external training on the DIVArchive product suite.

Provided Tier 2 support for Front Porch products and any hardware or software that interacts with them; Media Automation systems, Editing suites, Tape Libraries, NAS and SAN devices. Escalation point for technical issues. Required a complete understanding of the software and the way it interacts with the other components of the customers environment and work flow.

• Responsible for tier 1 support of Front Porch products • Helped create the NOC for our new LYNX platform. • Helped tune our monitoring system • Organize necessary information and documentation to ensure our customers had minimum down time. • Created, hosted and managed time clock system for new Support team

Provided enterprise support for laptops, desktops, and servers in a Dell / Windows environment. I was an escalation point for all user facing issues and responsible for various parts of the domain.In charge of all print servers and all printers in all locations. This included windows patching, driver updates, OS upgrades, adding new print servers, adding new printers, port and IP assignments, deployments, etc. I maintained an interactive map of each location that installed print drivers based on the printer you were closest to.

Provided Desktop and Laptop support for internal and external employees. Helped with active directory management and monthly Microsoft patches.

Received all incoming IT related issues via phone, email and walk-up counter. I was first contact for all IT related issues and managed creating and assigning all tickets. I was also responsible for determining proper severity and priority for every issue and escalating appropriately. Also responsible for domain password resets and basic OS troubleshooting.

I was the art teacher for 3-5 year olds during the school year. We would do circle time in the morning and then rotate groups through reading/art/math.etc.. I would help the kids with their crafts and organize all the materials, keep everything clean, etc.. During the summer time when there was no school we would go on field trips and I would be responsible for a group of 3-5 kids typically. We would go to the museums, parks, zoos, movies, etc.. It was very important to have strong relationships with all of the kids and their parents.
