Lead and deploy a team of baristas through morning rushes and evening happy hours. This requires me to assess each individuals strength and growth areas to best suit the store’s needs while also being able to help coach to each individuals growth areas. My primary goal was to ensure my team was bringing the best customer experience. Bringing best experience to everyone who walks through the store’s doors. Whether with coffee or stories, connecting with people is a big focus for my position. Learn and memorize hundreds of coffee drinks and flavors and able to describe and share that information with our customers. Keep on top of all health code guidelines in accordance to city regulations and Starbucks standards.Cash handling every day with tills averaging between $200 to $300.

Be able to describe and pair a wide variety of cheeses to customers. Know how to handle each cheese delivered. This includes, cutting each piece and tightly wrapping the individual pieces with plastic wrap. Each wrapped pieces is then placed on a scale and priced.

As a consultant of Amaxra, I was a part of many projects. These projects consisted of work for Microsoft, GoPro, and many other small companies. The work I did consisted of design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of SharePoint sites. Working for Amaxra, I developed skills for best practices of SharePoint design and development, as well as skills needed as a Consultant. This internship took place while I was attending Central Washington University for school credit.

As a Customer Service Representative, I am responsible for financial accuracy and providing courteous and effective service to the patrons. I process many checking and saving transactions, and answer any questions the patrons may have either over the phone or in person.

As an Intern, I created a wide variety of web content for a diverse group of companies. I took client input to create images and Jquery slideshows for certain companies. I created a Visual Brand Assessment to use as a tool for Connection Model to add value to each clients social websites. I also created templates for Ebooks for clients to use so they may give customers a visual appealing and informative experience through PDF files. I, also, utilized Hubspot to create and manage content for clients. This was a great summer job for experience in between quarters at Central Washington University.

My duties consisted of maintaining the Lad Irrigation website and increasing Lad Irrigation's web presence. I used graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite, with CSS and HTML coding to keep Lad Irrigation's blog and website up to date.

As a Library Assistant I maintain and organize the books in the library. My responsibilities include checking out books, movies, computer equipment, and laptops to patrons. I provide technical support to patrons with connecting laptops to the school's WIFI and other application issues that may encounter.

As a Resident Assistant I was responsible for a first-year student hall. I helped provide and maintain a safe learning environment for residents. As a school leader I assisted residents to ensure they received the resources they needed in order to help them be successful in school. I also provided support and guidance for residents with any problems or issues they were having throughout the school year.

As a Maintenance Engineer, I maintained the canals and ditches for the Irrigation District. Operated heavy machinery in order to keep weeds and grass from overwhelming the ditches.

I mentored students between the ages of seven to eighteen with a wide variety of programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, and photography. As a Cyber Camp Intern I assisted camp counselors and lead camp activities for the campers and provided feedback that any of the campers had.
