I work a portfolio of loans based on states plus all of the department's violations on conventional loans. I have revamped how Deed-in-Lieu secures are handled by our department and created a department training manual. I have created and presented Fiserv training materials to our field vendors in addition to creating and presenting violations training to the department. I am the department trainer for new hires.

I have worked in both REO and pre-sale. I have also worked support roles doing No Access inspections and VPR. I have experience following up on late work orders, bids, and invoices. I have trained new employees and QC'd the work of other associates. I have added properties into our computer system from Equator. I am currently the evictions coordinator for a national bank. In my current role, I have increased billable items, streamlined processes, and reworked the flow of data in Workflow. I have experience coordinating with other teams within my organization, Code Enforcement officers, clients, vendors, and attorney's offices. I have taken multiple classes on construction, office ergonomics, HUD appeals, etc. to further my knowledge in my profession.

I took donations, re-issued tax documents, answered basic questions about the company, and found services for families in need. I tracked all work in an Access database.

As a manager at Public Storage, I rented units and sold merchandise such as locks, packing material, and mattress covers. I filled out and filed paperwork. I kept the property and all units clean. I assisted in property audits, auctions, and inventory control. I made delinquent calls, improving delinquency at two different properties.

I managed call flow and call volumes, utilizing reps on the floor and other departments to hit target times. I assisted phone reps with difficult calls. I took escalated/supervisor calls. I created an Assumptions packet and taught classes on the material. I co-created an escrow training manual and spreadsheet and coached reps on how to use the material. I sat on the Customer Service Appreciation committee and planned games and giveaways. I planned the company Holiday Party for two consecutive years. I took classes in Microsoft Word and Excel.
