I have had an interestingly varied career, from farming and ranching, health care, home building to industrial construction. This has afforded me a unique perspective on the different aspects of many industries and how they function. I have travelled extensively throughout the United States, spent extended periods of time in different parts of the country and appreciated the various cultures and characters that this great country has to offer. My ground up work experience has helped me to understand and effectively communicate with everyone from the construction labor crews I lead to company CEO's that I have reported to.
