Promoted into a director-level role to accelerate the Communications function's digital transformation, driving procurement, management, and roadmapping of tools for 450+ global communications professionals. Manage a team of four, responsible for a $6.3MM+ budget, and oversee 40+ SaaS tools and five professional services contracts. Primary interface to internal teams, including finance, IT, and legal. Sole Manager on the Global Brand, Channel & Content Marketing leadership team.• Led a cross-functional team to develop and implement a database marketing roadmap that enabled data-driven personalization across web, email, SMS, automation, and advertising. Integrated new digital capabilities into product marketing campaigns across Asia, Europe, and North America.• Developed marketing technology business processes which enabled communications strategies across tools such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SocialChorus, Opal, and more.• Increased time-on-page metrics ~25% while simultaneously reducing bounce rate ~15% across multiple critical campaigns by optimizing the use of data analytics, refreshing tag management system, and transitioning web reports to Google Data Studio.• Established the Tools & Technology team as part of a Communications-wide reorganization. Managed transition and helped 5 FTEs excel in redefined roles. The resulting qualitative feedback demonstrated high team morale and enhanced role clarity.• Led a cross-functional team responsible for presentations to a cost-reduction council of senior executives. Awarded a performance bonus for a 100% success rate for defending the criticality of Communications tools.
