- Surface Engineering Technician: Responsibilities include: Site drafting duties, providing Global Positioning System (GPS) surveying support, conducting Unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) data acquisition/processing, performing regular stockpile and construction project cut and fill volumetrics, oversight of site drawing database/engineering/UAV project documentation and tracking, managing buried utility mapping and locating, advising on expansion project civil layout and planning for Pacific Soda.

- Mining Engineer: Responsibilities included: design the layout of the underground mine continuous miner sections and longwall panels, provide mine timing for budgeting and manpower requirements, review and analyze geologic data for mine planning purposes, complete Analysis of Longwall Pillar Stability (ALPS) and Analysis of Retreat Mining Pillar Stability (ARMPS) simulations for pillar sizing, design & layout of underground conveyor systems, perform Belt Analyst simulations on projected conveyor installations for design purposes, provide quality control channel sampling, perform reserve planning and modeling, subsidence monitoring, and supervision of underground/surface mine surveying group.

-Underground Survey Supervisor: Responsibilities included: Supervising underground survey group to ensure mine design was followed, and check surveys were completed and accurate. Designed mine layout including pillar layout design and sizing, longwall panel layout and design, conveyor design and installation, and survey control for underground construction projects. I also worked on ventilation survey mapping, updating mine maps and general drafting for the mines. I completed monthly slope stability survey’s, ground movement monitoring in slide areas, and mine subsidence survey’s. I performed monthly mining and stockpile volumetrics and submitted reports to state and federal offices.

-Heavy equipment operator: responsibilities included: Operating heavy equipment in an intermodal facility to facilitate the unloading of rail containers from railcars, dumping them in a waste facility and then reloading the empties back on the rail cars for shipment. I operated a CAT V220 Forklift, Hostler yard trucks, mobile bridge cranes.

-Burn table Operator & Painter: responsibilities included: Operating a CNC plasma burn table to cut out precision parts for underground mining equipment. I also painted new or rebuilt equipment before final shipment to owners
