At HCI Systems, I am building a security division dedicated to producing $4M in annual commercial security revenue for year 1, then scaling to increase sales and revenue volume year over year. Those hands-on beginnings gave me a solid foundation, and over time, I moved up to management roles before transitioning to sales.
