In this role I worked side by side with the Director, closely overseeing the manufacturing, wholesaling and retail areas for each of the 7 brands within the company. These include nANA jUDY, Less is More, Heart by nANA jUDY, Silent Poetry, Crooked Teeth and Des’ka Footwear.

During my tenure with Phoneback I was quickly elevated from Sales Associate to manage my own store in South Melbourne. After successfully achieving targets in all KPI’s for 2 years, I was again promoted to Area Manager, taking over responsibility for 5 of the companies key Metro stores.
