In this position, I revitalized the entire F&B organization, scaling the team from 9 people to 27 and improving morale. As a result of my leadership, our team had the lowest attrition rate in the company. In addition to managing a $30M annual budget, conducting financial forecasting, and ensuring profitability, I also ensured that our guests had a superior experience along every touch point in their customer journey. This effort led to both objective improvements—I drove an increase in customer satisfaction scores—and subjective improvements—our customers were happier and said that they would be likely to return.
