- Manage all development projects. These projects include the analysis, design, programming and modification of software for the company’s verticals: Public Transportation, GPS Tracking and Mobility- Design and maintenance of software and hardware to support data processes starting from the GPS unit transmission to the display functionality to the customer like Web Portal, DesktopApplications, Mobile Applications, Alerts, Data Integrations. It involves everything around the GPS information and other peripherals connected to the devices. (Video, sensors, inputs, outputs, etc.). Accountable for processing data, servers and applications running- Responsible for monitoring processes, disks, applications, FTPs, and Web Pages running in the Data Center’s Servers to guarantee the uptime for customers- Research and implement changes into our GPS Applications to incorporate the regulations that apply to the GPS field and others related. Familiar with out of state, and out of countryregulations- Define the development standards related to Source Code and Databases- Research new technologies to apply into the GPS field as a tool to solve customer needs and keep most up-to-date technology- Lead training for customer support, sales department and others to promote new features and main changes in Software, Infrastructure and process.- Ensure safety in the VPN’s, Source Code, Servers, Databases, and Process to guarantee the uptime and protect customers’ information- Design the API to Data integration. Communicate with external companies and guide them with the integration and usage of API or any process related- Schedule and prioritize development tasks and infrastructure team- Attend primary group meetings to discuss projects, and communicate with other areas to focus on company’s goals
