Current● Earned activator award Q3 2020 for work on transitioning 10 customers to newly launched product● Earned Excellence award Q4 2021 for 20 testing days in Q3 to assist the launch and development of 2 new products● Promoted to Field Service II in February of 2023● Awarded Road Warrior for 2022 and 2023● Uncover customer pain points and work interdepartmentally to resolve issues including customer care campaigns where I reached out to 102 customers to uncover billing, hardware, and user training issues.
