It is my responsibility to obtain and deliver feedback on what we can do to improve our service to these Retailers, and champion the implementation of changes to our way of working, as well as providing support and advice related to Severn Trent policies or retail market guidance. This is a fast-paced role that has required excellent internal stakeholder management.
