Analyzed functionality requirements and future growth opportunities, assisted in vendor selection actions and provided process transformation and implementation recommendations. Validated key financial processes for a major Financial Institution collections department and verified third-party vendors upheld all collection standards, legalities and requirements as per contract, by creating key controls tests and auditing procedures with significant financial impact. Assisting in the development of KPMG-Workday alliance and practice as lead training partner, managing all access, communications and training preparation for KPMG resources worldwide.

I started WALLiNSTALL.com in December 2008 when I became one of the 9 million layoff statistics. I had been mounting flatscreens for over three years for friends and family, and decided it would be a good time to offer my service to the general public.

 Managed the integration of a cube-based forecasting tool into Microsoft’s quarterly restatement and planning process, strategically aligning FP&A Executive, User and Developer input and expectations into one common attainable goal. Planned and executed day-to-day activities of advisory engagements including business process analysis, future state design, business case analysis and recommendations for improvements and risk mitigation strategies.  Assisted as PMO during an Oracle ERP implementation for Qualcomm, reviewed target operating models, assisted in training programs and maintained project plan and requirements.
