The claim was settled shortly before a three month trial was due to commence;• Acted on behalf of a leading travel company in a trademark infringement dispute during which an injunction was secured together with an undertaking from the defendant company. Damages & costs had been assessed at £25,000.00; &• Successfully secured a £1 million worldwide freezing injunction on behalf of a large Dubai based corporate company in respect of an ex-employee, who had misappropriated funds belonging to clients and had breached her fiduciary duties as a director.
