My responsibilties inculde Responsibility for the engineering team, which consists of development, extension and stability of our core IT platform called SHARK.- Establish the company’s IT vision and technology strategy- Direct activities so that systems are developed on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives and meet market demands. - Review, analyze and approve the department’s operational and project budgets.- Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business.- Providing a leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the IT function as well as providing direction as the enterprise grows.
