As an ERP Administrator I am responsible for creating new and updating existing documents in Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel, verifying emergency phone numbers and contact information, completing research as required to ensure that Emergency Response Plans contain accurate and up-to-date contact information, procedures and regulatory requirements, verifying and updating information within internal Microsoft Access databases, Preparing, merging and sending out letters, liaising with other internal company departments including our GIS, Public Awareness, Engineering, Printing, Administrative, Training, etc. departments, overseeing quality of own work and work completed by other staff and other departments on own projects, Compiling edits from the client, edits from the Project Managers as well as all inputs from other departments into the final product, providing status updates on own projects during team meetings, providing support as required to Project Managers, project team, and clients.I graduated from SAIT in 2021 with a degree in business administration, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. I also completed multiple certifications in LinkedIn, emotional intelligence, and email marketing, which enhanced my digital and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools to improve my productivity and performance. My goal is to grow my career in the administration department and contribute to businesses’ innovation and success.
