Mama Lola’s as a general plant manager I was given the opportunity to use mycreativity and ingenuity. I used this combination to double their sales from 8.5million to 15 million by focusing on customer excellence, and extending theinternational negotiations. One of my highest priorities was to increase productivity,reducing the cost of raw materials and waste. This allowed me cut down on laborhours and run a more efficient work place.
