Current.Monthly and financial year end closing activities with many manual adjustments.Prepare all the required documents and work with the external auditors.Generate 20+ monthly & YTD P & L reports and flux analysis across multiple projects.Arrange meetings with project managers to discuss milestones, risks and concerns.Monthly & YTD balance sheet reconciliations with meaningful commentaries.Monthly attendance to Finance Risk Management Committee meetings, and present them the monthly finance results and answer their inquiries.Prepare budget templates to each project manager, coordinate and work with them through the budget process. Present the budget for Board review and approval.Help project managers for their detailed financial reporting to meet all the milestone requirements for the government grants.Prepare the prepayment and accrual schedules.Prepare payroll fortnightly and roll out the SCHADs Awards to all employees. Complete the year end procedure with Payroll Single Touch.Prepare and lodge Quarterly superannuations.Ensure timely compliance with relevant statutory and regulations including audits, BAS, FBT, PAYG, Superannuation, Worker Compensation.Actively interact and communicate with the treasurer, Board directors and CEO.Attend Public Fund Committee meeting and issue RCTI and distribute the funds to the Landcare Groups.Update Dashboard reporting monthly which serves as the portal of communication between the project managers & the Board directors.Work closely with the membership officer in the insurance negotiation process and issue large volumn of invoices in June.Create large amount of monthly auto journals to improve efficiency.Manage daily accounting tasks .Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning. .Support executive management team by handling various ad hoc accounting task.Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
