I work as the evidence based practice lead for Oakland County for adults with mental illness. In addition I:• Complete and analyze clinical data and cases for adults with mental illness including, Disability Designation changes, Second Opinions, and other requests.• Member of Utilization Management, and in charge of making changes in Authorization Decision Guidelines for adults with mental illness, including writing best practice protocols and creating audit tools.• Lead for LOCUS reliability project and any concerns regarding level of care decisions. Trainer LOCUS.• Lead for evidence based practices for adults with mental illness in Oakland County including; Trauma, Assertive Community Treatment, and Family Psycho Education.• Member of Co-Occurring steering committee.• Member of Sentinel Events committee, review all possible cases for sentinel events.• Trauma lead for Oakland County, in charge of county workplan, community collaboration and training of providers as well as oversight into specific trauma treatments and maintaining fidelity.• Facilitator for making changes to documents throughout the county that are clinical in our emergency medical record.• Working to build outcome measures for programs by creating data dashboards such as ACT and Recovery Supports Programs.Liaison between Common Ground and provider network in regards to ACCESS and CMH waitlist.
