Primary role as a Sales and Service Representative at River Riders is to be informative and effective when making sales and to provide guests with exceptional guest service. Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective and existing guests and customers in order to generate new business and maintain repeat business. Coordinate sales efforts with sales management and marketing management team and meet goals set by those departments. Marketing internship duties include writing newsletters and press releases, event planning, and development of creative marketing strategies.
