About Jasmine Bal
As a seasoned food systems educator in both the public and private sectors, I have created and managed schoolyard farm spaces and developed educational programming and curriculum. I have learned the value of education to build connection to place. As a future professional planner, I seek to use my skills as an educator in future roles to foster informed communities. I am passionate about supporting environmental planning while promoting equitable social outcomes.
