Role involves planning and delivering creative workshops aimed as outreach for secondary school aged students, to encourage and inspire them to become more involved with the arts. Also to open their eyes to all of the possibilities within the creative industries sector. Jobs I have worked on involve; one off day long Creative Masterclasses, Saturday Clubs, Holiday Clubs and Summer Schools.

Role involves seeing to the day to day running of the Art, Design and Technology (ADT) department, making orders, stock taking, putting up and pulling down displays, assisting in lessons across all years. Ensuring all machines/equipment are being used safely and students are supervised when doing so. Assisting all members of staff and or with any technical issues they have whether it be relating to students work or building/fixing something minor for the department. Using machines to fulfill requests, machines include; band saws, pillar drills, belt sander, laser cutter and more. Role also involves general administration skills, use of Google software such as Google; Slides, Docs and Sheets. Also the use of Adobe software such as Adobe; Illustrator and Photoshop, to create displays/posters/signs to help promote and advertise the department well.

Role involved visiting Rose's home studio and doing stock takes for her website, editing and uploading information regarding each individual item onto the Rose Hill Design website and communicating throughout the whole process with Rose to ensure that everything was correct.

After winning the New Designers UK Young Artists Associate Prize, UK Young Artists commissioned me to design a momentum/token which related to Nottingham and could be distributed at the event/beforehand to help promote it.From the New Designers website "The prize given will be an opportunity to participate in the UK Young Artists City Takeover: Nottingham 2019 as well as a commission to develop a memento to celebrate the event, which will be for sale to the public. Nottingham 2019 offers significant profile for the winner work as well as the opportunity to network with other young artists nationally and internationally who work across a range of disciplines."
