Here are a few things I do as a coach"-Email parents about tournaments-Create practice plans-Attend coaches meetings-Be a leader and mentor to my teams-Talk to parents and answer any questions-Distribute apparel

· Keep the club up and running· Schedule maintenance for all equipment· Make sure the cleaning crew is keeping the club clean· Make the schedule for my team of 8 at the front desk· Assist members with any issues they have with their membership· Decorate the club for Member Appreciation days· Ok any renovations or changes to the club· Keep up with commission and payroll for all front desk employees

-Handle customer service activities for over 1,000 club members -Interview and train new employees-Schedule desk coverage for a 10 member team-Track commissions-Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance as needed-Responsible for opening and/or closing facility

-Database maintenance and quality control for 2,000 resident file-Event coordination, research and set-up-Accompanied residents on weekly outings

-Developed recreational programs and services; including marketing, social media networking, fielding questions and providing information for incoming students.-Planned and coordinated special functions-Supervised intramural leagues and camps, various athletic events
