I have been promoted to a new role as PSA Specialist. In this role, I deal with behind-the-scenes lead information for sensitive accounts. It is our goal to make sure the information that is being sent directly to our clients is as precise and cleaned up as it can be. Along with my PSA duties, I am a chat specialist for a small duration of my shift.As a chat specialist, I assist customers through the chat option for many domestic and international car dealerships. I am able to provide assistance for servicing, buying, and much more. We are held to high standards in timing, customer satisfaction, and lead gathering.

I was working with L Brands to help Bath&Body Works customers. I used client management software during each shift to update information and leave detailed notes as I worked with the client over the phone. I was responsible for helping customers place orders, redeem coupons, replace orders, check order status, file complaints, etc.

I started out as crew and worked up to directly under our general manager. For a short amount of time I served as a temporary general manager. In my management roles, I was responsible for scheduling, hiring, inventory management, P&L management, marketing, coaching our managers, coaching our employees, training other managers and employees, helping many other stores, managing the store throughout my scheduled shifts, and being ready to aid the store on my time off.
