Project: Calcium Carbonate Synthesis via Carbon Dioxide Sequestration• Using Linux, performed molecular dynamics simulations with GROMACS and VMD software• Determined the optimal variables to produce nanosized calcium carbonate particles that are formed through carbon dioxide sequestration and stabilized using a surfactant• Characterized the calcium carbonate particles using SEM, DLS, and EDS techniques• Developed the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the research project
