Facilitated the inclusion of individuals (preschool, youth, teen and adult populations) with special needs in recreation programs using adaptive techniques to provide a safe and legendary experiences. Assisted participants with activities of daily living (ADL's) and self-help skills such as toileting, feeding, changing clothes, and diapering as needed. Facilitated friendships with other program participants. Utilized behavior management techniques to ensure the safety of staff and participants. Communicated with parents and participated in order to convey essential information and/or participant progress. Handled emergencies as they arose in order to prevent injury/incident. Assisted with the preparation reports and assist with special events and field trips.

As a party host, I check the party and its guest into the system, making sure waivers are signed, making sure they understand the waiver and the procedure of payment, I decorate and set up the party, serving food, drinks and whatever else they may need or bring, while making sure they have a good time. I make sure the customers have a safe and enjoyable experience through all the available activities that we have and monitor over those particular sections they may choose to go to.

As a game master, I helped customers with hints and clues, on how to escape the room, and find what they were searching for. Part of this job also included, resetting the rooms, cleaning the rooms and equipment, making sure the place looked nice, inviting, and fun, and making sure everyone has a lovely enjoyable experience they can share with family and friends.
