I do light and navigation coaching. and consulting. I consult wellness professionals, organization leaders and business professionals on how to work and live on purpose. The navigation part is me giving them resources and connections in the systems of their lives where restoration or regeneration is needed. I specialize in suicide prevention so mental health is my main focus, however we cover everything from mental health, physical health, spiritual health and financial health. I offer different coaching methods and opportunities from meditation to movement.we also offer a few different styles of nature tours. Some for meditative purposes and others for teaching. We have outdoor enthusiasts who are trained in specific areas for nature tours. Those tours include: -Gratitude & Grounding Walks (Teaching about how to connect the human body with living parts of nature and how to identify elements, while also exploring and exercising raising awareness and vibrations to a constant place of gratitude by having a relationship with nature) -Reset & Remind Tours (A nature tour designed and intended to take you deep into nature to meditate, recharge and connect with your higher self. During this tour you may be introduced to different edible plants and taught how to set daily intention, through the art of planting your own seeds) -Forging & Survival (This is a series of trainings we offer to teach life survival skills, environmental adaptation, how to forge, plant & herb identification, and more!)
