• As the Regional Civics Literacy Coach for Brevard and Osceola Counties, my duties include supporting teachers, administrators, and district leadership by providing resources and conducting professional learning opportunities.• During the summer of 2022, I presented at 5, content rich, professional development conferences, where I delivered 30 presentations to over 1100 Florida teachers. To prepare for the presentation, I researched and outlined the material to be covered. I then worked with a team of four people to create the speaker notes and slide deck for the presentation.• In conjunction with the Florida Civics Literacy Initiative, I created several teaching ideas and lesson plans to be housed on CPALMS for access by teachers throughout the state.• I participated in and assisted in creating content for the Civics Seal of Excellence program.
