Representing the Tesla brand with commitment to sale and deliver an innovative and exciting ownership experience by helping the customer prepare for delivery of their vehicle. Guiding the customer through financing, trade-ins, incentives and relative state sales processes. Monitor and manage pipeline flow and customer appointments to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process. Supported over 20 Tesla Delivery Centers in North America and ensured their customers were well prepared for delivery and all paperwork necessary to purchase was processed and verified for state requirements and then ready to sign. The process helped create a seamless handoff between teams which helped make the delivery process quick, efficient, and hassle free for the customer . Managing customers and a pipeline helped our team see the process and allowed the team to make improvements . Assisted with making the process more efficient for all team members that were involved in the delivery process
