I'm a systems engineer with a passion for orbits, flight dynamics, and analysis! In under three years, I've got two launches under my belt with several novel orbital scenarios and analyses I never could have imagined when I started down the road to my career.During my B.S. Engineering Physics program at Embry-Riddle, I took an orbital mechanics class followed by an intro space systems engineering course and I was sold. I knew I wanted to work with orbits and trajectories for as long as I could. My work has focused on ascent planning analysis and operations for Earth observing satellites through the NASA NOAA partnership, and I couldn't be happier! I always wanted to contribute to research and understanding of the universe around us, and it feels fitting to start with home. With NOAA-21 leading the JPSS constellation and GOES-19 sending its first images, I'm proud to say I assisted with their launch and orbit-raising campaigns - just don't ask me how many hours of simulation it took to make sure they'd get to the right place safely!
