Besides managing reservations, facilitating day-to-day service, and ensuring smooth back-end operations, I managed event PnLs, and presented packages for clients who throw corporate and private parties. I also pitched to organisations/persons who are potential clients. My training in communications enables me to oversee FRESH! collaterals, from copywriting and editing to coordinating with the graphic designer to ensure accurate and appealing publicity materials.
