I head operations and partnerships (Brand Vendor Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships.) Ex. Influencers, at Pothos beauty. Im responsible for building systems for humanizing technology and problem solving for better process flows. Over seeing API connections with innovative tech partners that contribute to our market place. As apart of the founding team I also research and contribute to the development of Pothos Beauty INC. WEB3 strategies and partnerships and the development of tokenized incentive program for future users and creators.

I was working in a fast pace environment where everything is constantly changing and evolving. I was responsible for providing customers with products and solutions which helps to simplify and organize their lives on an everyday bases. Along with creating personal connections to make tech look simple and easy, even for those customers that think they at not tech savvy. Aside from assisting customers, I was also generating sales for a monthly commission and discovering the needs and wants of the customer. While excelling in a team-based environment and leaning on one another at times.When I was not on the sales floor, I teamed up with management to take on the operations side of the business and making sure inventory was correct, put products out on display, consolidating inventory, updating databases that needed to be done. Escalating any changes that needed to be done within the store whether it be fixtures that were broke, displays not working, etc.Outside of the store I would take part in other projects from teaming up with our operations team to aid in remodels of stores, Hosting different events one big event was Taste of Addison in Texas, The Heart Walk in Downtown Dallas , being apart of different panels of new systems that would roll out and test them.With my time at Verizon I was in multiple contest that I won. From winning a phone from Google multiple times, to being the top sales representative for adding as many Business customers I could in a month. I took part in a program called Women of Wireless (WOW) that highlighted powerful women in a different light.

Working at Destination maternity I was responsible for supporting a culture where team members seek to improve each and every day, evaluate their business, and react to achieve results. Learning and Knowing the what drives the business and how to maximize it. Building lasting relationships and collaborate partnerships with peers and field leadership partners Insuring that I show a passion for people; putting the clients first! Ensuring all clients shopping experience starts when she walks in the door; treating her like my best friend. Also having the same level of passion and excitement for my fellow team members. Helping clients understand the value of the products and establishing an environment built on customer loyalty that drives repeat business and maximizes sales.
