As an industry leader with more than 25 years of experience at international AmLaw 100 and 200 firms, I create and implement business plans that support law firm strategic and financial objectives including client and talent retention and acquisition. I successfully build, lead, motivate, and coach cross-functional, cross-industry, and cross-geography teams. I have successfully implemented law firm expansions through the acquisition of large groups and individual offices, development of practice management support structures, development of knowledge management and competitive intelligence teams, implementation of unique diversity and inclusion programs and intensive business development training programs. In addition to marketing and business development, I have more than a decade of experience with law firm pricing and law practice management. At Lathrop GPM, I serve as the Chief Client Officer, focused on ensuring that the firm’s clients receive exceptional service throughout their relationship with the firm. I oversee all internal and external communications, business development, marketing, incident response, law practice management, and pricing, effectively bringing together the administrative areas of the firm which impact the client experience. At Stoel Rives I regularly collaborated with firm leadership to support the firm’s growth, client initiatives, and overall brand awareness and recognition. In addition, I worked closely with the firm’s diversity & inclusion team to educate firm leadership on the value of participation in The Move the Needle Fund.Prior to joining Stoel Rives, I lead the marketing and business development team at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. I was also the Director of Marketing at Goodwin and helped the firm grow from 360 attorneys and three offices to over 900 attorneys and ten offices. Prior to Goodwin, I served as the first Business Development Manager at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City. I have created and expanded strategic initiatives across the United States, in London and Hong Kong.I am an active member of the Legal Marketing Association having served on the International LMA Board of Directors and the LMA New England Board of Directors as President. I also served as a co-chair of the 2019 LMA Tech West Regional Conference and was directly responsible for returning the conference to a profitable endeavor for the West region.
