With over 15 years of experience in clinical research, I am currently the Director of Danaher Business System (DBS) for Medical and Scientific Affairs (MedSci) at Danaher Corporation, a global leader in science and technology innovation. In this role, I lead strategy activation, the development and implementation of MedSci standard work across the diagnostic operating companies under Danaher, navigating complex emerging regulatory, customer, and industry needs.As a musician metamorphosized into a scientist, I am at home in creative problem-solving. I am passionate about intersection of science & technology, business, and process, applying quality principles and DBS tools to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of Danaher products. I serve as a "braintrust" of MedSci best practices and processes across the organization, continuously learning and optimizing based on internal and external sources of excellence. I am a strategic problem solver and a cross-functional bridge builder, able to efficiently identify obstacles and offer solutions under pressure and meeting deadlines.I am an accomplished instructor and a life-long student of psychology and statistics, and a speaker of English, Armenian, and Russian. I compelted my post-doctoral training at Harvard Medical School, earned a PhD in psychology (cognitive neuroimaging) from Brandeis University, and a BA in claissical piano performance from Yerevan State conservatory.
