Managed a team of five technicians, monitored workflow and documented performance. Under my leadership our team experienced such a noticeable turn around that I was invited to serve on a corporate task force created to identify and solve departmental challenges.

Worked on all aspects of traditional marketing including ads, direct mail, tradeshow graphics, press releases and publications. Traveled to tradeshows with the engineers and assisted with show setup and administration.

Designed, developed and managed a website for elementary school teaching resources. Coordinated with the illustrators and designers to convert the worksheets they created to PDF format and uploaded to the website.
