I attend UNC Charlotte to obtain my doctoral degree in Community and Health Psychology. I bring a strong foundation in community psychology principles such as empowerment, active citizen participation, and the strategic use of research and evaluation to drive meaningful improvements within community organizations. My focus on promoting healthy sexuality and violence-free communities aligns with my passion for social justice and equity.My graduate research has centered on sexual violence prevention and health promotion, enabling me to collaborate closely with relevant community organizations to create and refine program evaluation plans, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and produce comprehensive reports for internal and external shareholders. My proficiency in multiple data analysis software tools, including Dedoose, NVivo, AtlasTI for qualitative data, and SAS, R, SPSS, and STATA for quantitative data, has enhanced my ability to provide actionable insights. Additionally, I have extensive experience developing surveys and conducting psychometric analyses. All of my experiences through coursework, practicum/internships, and consultant work all contribute to my goal of working alongside community organizations dedicated to social justice and equity. I am committed to leveraging my applied research and evaluation expertise to facilitate impactful change and support community-driven initiatives.
