Current- Developing a support vector machine (SVM) machine learning model to classify treated and untreated synapse distributions, achieving promising classification results, such as cross-well prediction accuracy. - Developing and optimizing Bayesian network inference models to interpret high-dimensional multiplexed imaging data from synaptic proteins- Conducting immunostaining, bacterial transformation, and cloning to visualize neuron subtypes and evaluate plasmid viability, enhancing data collection for SVM training and expanding understanding of synaptic networks in relation to psychiatric disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and schizophrenia.
