With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and Fashion industry, I am currently the Head of Commercial for South East Asia and India at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, a leading global luxury beauty brand. In this role, I am responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the brand in the region, overseeing sales, retail, training, distribution, and real estate functions. I have a strong track record of delivering results, having previously led the sales, retail, and training teams at Swarovski for more than nine years, achieving double-digit growth and expanding the brand's presence and reach across multiple channels and markets. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) First Class Hons in Marketing Management from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle. I am also a certified makeup artist and have completed a Leadership Academy program at Ashridge Executive Education. I have extensive skills and knowledge in marketing communications, retail marketing, sales and marketing, and makeup artistry. I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences, empowering and developing people, and driving innovation and excellence in the beauty industry.
