Leading scrum teams to work on Oracle cloud PLM including customer success and new feature development.

Leading a sub team maintaining PC(product collaboration),PGC(Product Government & Compliance) and PCM(Product Cost Management), which are 3 core product modules of Agile PLM.

Leading a team to maintain and develop some modules of Agile product, including Export/Import/SDK/Web service. The team resolves the hot issues for customers and develops new features according to the requirements from product manager.Skills of Java/XML/Web services/SQL are required during daily work. Performance tuning and trouble shooting are part of the job.

Was responsible for the maintain and new features development for Export/Import module of Agile PLM product, which allowed customers to export data to XLS/CSV/TXT/XML formats or import data to Agile system with source files and mapping files with Agile rules.Develop the External rollup engine for PGC Reach using PL/SQL.Develop the flexible ACS output format transformation using XSLT, to replace ChangeCast/integrate with JDE.Started to learn Web services and Agile SDK.

Joined in Oracle via campus recruitment and started working in Integration team of Agile PLM product. New skills were learned including Java/J2EE/SQL. Mostly maintained the export module, which was used by customers to export the data they need to XLS/CSV/TXT/XML formats.
