I am heavily invested in learning about technology and how I can solve people's problems which has made me further my career in the field of IT. I did my internship at Bondwell as a Projects Assistant which allowed me to learn about installing CCTV, structured cabling, biometrics and Ups installation. After which I was offered to take the role of a Store Manager for TechHub where I honed my sales and marketing skills at the same time I was managing their website via Shopify including inventory management. I also worked at Niranjans Autoport Limited as an IT Support Officer where I did pc diagnosis and full hardware replacement. I was also engaged in updating the vehicle diagnostic system and testing Suzuki vehicles. I am pretty open to explore new methods in order to acquire the skills necessary to solve problems in the ICT world.
