On a day-to-day basis, I coordinated all areas of Walmart US's wireless partner partnerships. I defined and monitored strategic sales priorities to attain operational excellence. Moreover, I fostered robust connections with national retail partners at executive and field management levels as well as reinvented and updated sales process/model in fast-paced national retail contexts. I managed HR activities, including interviewing, recruiting, mentoring, and training staff. I analyzed and presented sales data points, knowledge base, and plan review quarterly with key client partners, managers, and regional sales directors. Also, I developed and educated sales leadership teams to discover and capitalize on sales opportunities, while maintaining high levels of customer service and increasing attachment rates.

My primary responsibilities in this job role were to operate in significant markets, such as New York and New Jersey. I collaborated directly with Regional Vice President on strategic initiatives to meet/exceed operational, sales, and multi-market performance targets. I fostered critical partner relationships at executive level and assisted in closure of strategic prospects. I conceptualized and controlled workflow, lifespan, scheduling, and adoption of all sales procedures, incentives, policies, and training efforts. I interacted directly with development teams to define, negotiate, and implement budgets, schedules, and resource management for new and acquired retail projects. I recruited and trained a team of district managers to generate long-term growth in the region. I developed and educated sales teams to find and capitalize on sales opportunities, along with maintaining exceptional customer service.
