This Programme is to deploy equipment on the most effective and efficient way possible through stakeholder input along with M&E/Primary Contractor support.Responsibilities:• 2015/16 Growth meetings to agree joint deployment across all three Core departments. • Positioning/Orientation of equipment (Air Flow/HVAC requirements/Upgrades).• JSS (Joint Site Surveys) to determine the best way forward within the build standards on a single visit.• Raise/amend Feasibility Documents; raise Space App’s for newly agreed space agreed on a JSS.• Co-ordinate site issues raised from JSS i.e. equipment decom, rack moves etc. to allow the most effective and efficient deployment across the VM Technical Sites.• Consult with the Primary Contractor’s on containment, Fibre, power, Connectivity (Cat5/Coax).• As part of a Virtual Tech Room Design Team to create and agree on a single standard on designs across all three design teams (Tx, Data, IPEdge) i.e. Floor Notes, CDP (Compact Design Plan)/Feasibility, DDP/Deployment Document including containment as per the build standards.• Gateway meetings to agree Go, No Go and agree within budget. 2014-2015Additional to my deployment tasks I was developing new documentation to fulfil a new undertaking for Core Deployment Physical Design.
