Manage the Incident & Risk Management processes for two facilities, which includes the risk register process. Working closely with all levels of staff to provide advice and best practice on incident and risk management. Oversee the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process and work with Lead Investigators to ensure timely investigations are completed and assist with ensuring lessons learnt are fed back to services.Day to day overview of the facilities incidents and escalate as required and report externally that includes CQC & HSE.Complete monthly and quarterly KPI reviews and validation for both facilities.Assist with developing and reviewing strategies/policies/guidance documents relating to Incident & Risk management.Developing and delivering ad-hoc incident and risk awareness training.

My role is to be the lead for risk management for the organisation and as part of that role I am responsible for implementing and managing the Risk Management Framework which involves overseeing the risk register process from team and directorate level up to the Corporate Risk Register.I provide risk management advice and support to all areas of the organisation that includes Retail and Fundraising and recently started to provide support to the business continuity lead. I co-ordinate the Serious Incident (SI) process as well as other risk management reporting systems.I also help manage the insurance portfolio for the organisation which includes: - organising and attending claims review meetings with internal and external stakeholders;- providing staff with the most up to date information / guidance or conditions of our policies;- being the lead on the renewal process.

My role is to establish and maintain systems that enable Medway Community Healthcare to continuously improve the health, safety and security of staff, visitors and patients and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.I co-ordinate the risk management systems for the organisation, which includes the reporting of incidents and oversee the Serious Incident (SI) process. I also maintain the risk register process for the organisation, which includes the corporate and service risk registers. I'm also currently working on developing a risk assessment database. I also lead on coordinating and maintaining the internal Emergency Planning and Business Continuity Management (BCM) management system and lifecycle throughout the organisation.
