Responsible for all higher education needs of tribal members; including academic advising, administering tribal grant process for students, student development, high school counseling, and much more.

Manage and train professionals in motivational interviewing and Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students. Coordinate major projects, such as tobacco-free initiative, professional training for drug abuse, and campus employee wellness program. Supervise a Masters in Public Health Graduate Student, 11 Peer Health Educators, and numerous front desk staff. Coordinate and motivate a Wellness Committee of 32 faculty, staff, and students with the goal of providing programming in the realm of social, physical, emotional, spiritual, career, and intellectual wellness. Teach and present in topics of addiction, alcohol education, drug education, wellness, etc. Advise four student organizations of approximately 450 students in programming, advocacy, and leadership. Lead one on one counseling sessions with students with potential problems with their relationship with alcohol and other drugs. Continue to develop the newly formed La Crosse Collegiate Recovery program for students from UW-La Crosse, Viterbo University, and Western Technical College.
