Lead and implemented the development of an award winning e-file program for the Department of Health and Human Services which has a population of over 20,000 users.Responsible for the review and oversight of over 1,400 public financial disclosure reports filed by senior level government officials in HHS. • Analyzed workflow trends and financial disclosure policies to effectively streamline and reorganize the financial disclosure program for all employees. • Responsible for the intake, review, and tracking of over 1,300 Public and Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports, including Presidentially appointed and Senate confirmed officials (PAS). • Drafted and advised on ethics documents to include recusal statements and cautionary guidance.• Identified and advised on issues arising under the Office of Government Ethics Standards of Conduct covering a full range of ethics questions to include gifts, outside activities, fundraising, and conflicts of interest. Referred matters to or consulted with ethics attorney as appropriate. • Managed the office’s involvement with Federal Advisory Committee members by researching necessary information to conduct a substantial review for conflicts of interest and maintained the filing system to ensure files can be quickly retrieved when members are called to serve on boards or committees.• Technical expertise and understanding of HTML code, responsible for updating the office’s Standards of Conduct website.

• Management Analyst for the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. As an analyst in Human Capital, responsible for the management of personnel of all the components under Enterprises Services, totaling over 150 personnel, including the drafting and releasing of personnel actions for each component.• Responsible for the management and point person for Policy’s role within the National Security Professional Development (NSPD) program, specifically scoping of all Payband 3 and Senior Executive Staff billets and ensuring personnel complete the NSPD Training Team’s cross training requirements. • Provided cross program assistance to assist other analysts in tracking all annual ethic’s training for all personnel in Policy required to complete this requirement • Worked on a two Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects to calculate statistic for compliance with the SAACP system and the business rules accompanying SAACP. • The other project includes studying and identifying the current business practices of the job posting process with WHS.
