I am a Ph.D. student in Physics in the Department of Physics, Applied Physics, and Astronomy at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a minor in Mathematics. During my time at Temple, I worked in two different research groups. In the first, I worked one-on-one with my advisor to implement a DFT method he had developed into Gaussian, a computational chemistry software. In the second, I wrote programs used to analyze data as part of a larger research group studying transition-metal dichalcogenides nanoribbons. I am a foodie who loves to travel. For a perfect date night with my partner, good food and good wine at a new restaurant are all that is needed. I am currently simulating neutrino physics as part of the nEXO collaboration. I am searching for summer internship opportunities in national labs to diversify my professional research experience further.
